Information we collect
Through the contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your horse's name (if you choose to provide it), and the details you share about the reason for your visit. We collect this information only when you submit it.
When you visit the site, the web server receives standard request information (IP address, browser, referring page, time of visit) in routine server logs. We do not run third-party analytics on this site.
The site embeds Google Maps on the contact page. Google may set cookies and collect data when you interact with the map. See Google's privacy policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to schedule appointments, return your calls, send appointment reminders, and provide veterinary care. We use server logs to keep the site running and to investigate problems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with members of our clinical and front-desk team who need it to schedule and provide care, with payment processors when you pay an invoice, with referral hospitals when your horse needs specialist care, and as required by law.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies of its own. Google Maps and Google Fonts may set cookies when those components load.
Your choices
